The group's public site ran on the aging WordPress backbone, so I redesigned it from the ground up: brands, expertise, leadership and careers with React Three Fiber 3D accents and a video hero, and new features and interactivity worked into the Payload CMS. In development, launching soon.

Waterside Group's own public site ran on the same 15-year-old WordPress backbone as the rest of the group's web presence: constantly down, inflexible, and impossible to design freely. The parent company behind the whole portfolio deserved a real public face: the brands, the expertise, the leadership, and the careers.
I took the opportunity to redesign the site from the ground up in agentic AI coding environments: the portfolio of brands, the group's development, construction, and branding expertise, key staff, and careers, with React Three Fiber 3D accents and a video hero montage, and new features and interactivity all worked into the Payload CMS.
